To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@scentsbysavy.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
